Beylerbeyi Göbek Rakı

Description

Beylerbeyi Göbek Rakı is produced by double distillation of grape distillate in copper stills, together with high-quality anise. The term “Göbek” (“navel” in Turkish) refers to the core of the distillate – the finest and purest part of the distillation. After distillation, the drink is left to harmonize before bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics

Colour: Crystal clear; when water is added, it acquires the characteristic milky-white colour (“lion’s milk” effect).

Aroma: Intense and pure aroma of anise with delicate grape nuances.

Taste: Full, soft and well-balanced, with a pronounced anise profile and a long, warm finish.

Food pairings:
Traditionally served with Turkish appetizers, seafood, roasted meats and cheeses.

Serving temperature: 6–10 °C

How to consume:

Diluted with water (in the ratio according to preference)
With ice
In combination with appetizers

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
